- How can I track my order? → Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
- Do you ship internationally? → We currently ship to the US only.
Returns & Refunds
- What is your returns policy? → We do not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@calmerdog.store with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
- How do I return an item? → We do not accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@calmerdog.store with your order number and details of the problem and we will do our best to resolve it for you.
