At Calmer Dog, we want you and your dog to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide the following:

  • Return instructions
  • The correct return address
  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@calmerdog. store with photos of the issue. We will resolve this promptly with a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food products)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, we recommend:

  1. Returning your original item (if eligible)
  2. Placing a new order for the desired item

This ensures the fastest service.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note:

  • Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
